Modern Teppanyaki is a style of Japanese cooking that uses a heated, flat-surface hot plate to cook food, and is derived from the Japanese ‘Teppan’ which means iron plate, and ‘Yaki’ which means grilled.

(All of our Teppan dishes are accompanied with Miso Soup, Sea Salad and Chahan Fried Rice)
